Midas

The detailed bumper to bumper inspection, with pictures, is a nice service and gives a visual of what they saw and recommend to be serviced/repaired. Price for the repair was 30% cheaper than another quote I had received. All in all a very good experience!

Have always been treated with respect and kindness by all the employees here. They explain any work that may need to be performed and explain what codes mean and why they may appear on my screen. If something needs fixed and I don’t have time that day they ask to schedule a time to have the work done. If something goes bad they are willing to fix the problem with no charge per vehicle warranty. Very good people and very knowledgeable about any issues that may arise.

Been here a couple times for standard maintenance on my vehicle (oil change + tire rotation). Quick service and appreciate the team that works there. Also appreciate how they are not pushy with upgrades unlike other companies! Every time that I have come in with a printed coupon, and it was time to pay, they already applied it when I asked/mentioned it!

DO NOT TRUST THIS MIDAS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! My daughter, a college student, brought her 2015 car in to Midas to have them look at and give an estimate on her exhaust that only needed a flex pipe repair. They quoted her $7,100!!!! The car is not even worth that much money. I guess Midas saw a female and figured she would just have them fix it. Ridiculous! I am so disappointed. She brought it to a Muffler shop here in town and they only charged her $269.75. It was fixed in less than 45 minutes.

I recommend them to anyone in the BloNo area. Matt and Nate are your main guys up front and they’re just solid dudes. I have been taking my, and my wife’s car there for years. They have always been fantastic to us. They’ll never play games with you, try to do things your car doesn’t need, and there have been multiple times where I’ve just needed a simple fix and they didn’t charge me a dime.
